The emphasis of my practice is in tax planning, so as to minimize personal and corporate income taxes.  I support the entrepreneurial client in building their business by providing accounting, financial, and controllership services. 

For clients whose objective is to ultimately build and sell their business, I assist by maximizing the amount that can be realized tax free through the Capital Gains Deduction.

My clientele consists of owner managed small-to-medium sized business corporations and professionals in a broad range of industries and very likely in a business similar to your own.  This has provided me with vast experience in many different disciplines.
